hear and now a way…

be here now they say, live in the moment.

This is a fantastic way to be. Now, my here and now consists of the most very minimum amount of time that you must even think about time.

my daughter and I were barefoot walking in the woods and I asked her to think about how different our pace is in nature ,At our natural state, without and how much slower we go.

And how much we actually take in of our surroundings, As we watched those with shoes steadily pass us by.

We talked about how almost every form of development and technology propels us to go faster and not many things help us go slower and how to go slower almost seems ironic in our society.

going slower Feels really good! I found my “now” on grateful dead tour, where I had nowhere to go but the next show. what that did was allow me to experience time a much different way.

to slow down and take in more of the experience of moments stretched longer in time. I could better listen and visualize this wonderful life and with a better gratitude!

its a monumental experience that isn’t often had in our society,
