pioneering…. the American music nomad way…

music is an endless frontier!

Never fully explored and always evolving!

travel is always associated. musicians travel so much that it has become the very normal and an expected part of a musician’s journey.

And as the fan base grows the fans begin to travel, even sometimes globally . If I could travel internationally to see a couple of my favorites like Van Morrison, peter Gabriel etc I surely would !

i believe american music nomading is still in it’s pioneering stage of an American dream. still growing and evolving .Just like music .always gaining in dynamics.

Traveling to shows, tailgating etc it’s pretty normal now days. 30 years ago and prior we were considered completely nuts!

Then This saying started popping up randomly and it was ” not all who wander are lost.” and although it didn’t actually portray that we had a destination , goals , etc. but it was great to see something that actually stood up for this way and made it feel like it wasn’t so foreign. because at that time the insults were huge and then dealing with those in authority , oftentimes we just got detained and searched based on Only appearance in which they knew where we were going and Also where we were coming from.

Now in the later years, I’ve been pulled over for reasons that turned out to be they just missed us, they missed the conversations they had with us, because over the years people realized we were basically just American kids with the basic American dream and that We had things in common the whole time. music, travel, and to see the wonders that America holds , both in nature and ingenuity!

no matter where we are in life we can still come with our own Prejudice due to misunderstandings, misjudgments, environmental upbringings and sometimes it’s a bit unknowing. have patience with each other , be tolerant.

So over time law enforcement realized that we were not a violent threat to anyone and often we’re quite intelligent,helpful and that music nomads are something to welcome and not to fear!

We’re just a bit of a different culture here. Also realizing that anybody can come To a concert or festival and that doesn’t mean everybody goes for the right reasons. So we are no different from anywhere else in society except for that we are densely populated with kindness,freedom of expression, and love for all in mind at these concerts. And sometimes we are viewed as easy targets to those bad actors.

So the American music nomad is pioneering a way to fuse music, travel, and love in the pursuit of happiness while being conscious of all others on our beautiful walks of life . we are all welcome , we are kind to each other, we have no reason to judge!
