in awe and all…

i am just a Midwest kid raised by a big lake in some nice Appalachian foothills and the rest is corn and soy.

I come from a place of country versus and rock and roll .

I am happy to have been on a rock and roll side of the tracks.

I’m not saying either one is better than the other i’m just grateful from where I came .

I was fortunately lucky to have witnessed some hard stories and learned to seek truth and expand my mind.

I may have missed some very important things as a child but that’s okay. I was also very lucky to have literally stumbled into the Grateful Dead and everything that came along with the experience!

for the first time I felt as though I belonged and had a purpose and a great life ahead! where I learned my gratitude for my past in every step toward the moment .

I was washed clean of all the confusion and shame that was instilled. I felt alive for the first time, free to be me! No need to fight my own free will or anyone else!

I have watched 30 years of evolution within the scene and could not be more proud of this current generation, every single one of you!

I watch my own son and his peers just finishing off these decades of oppression as they forward this country with a more open-minded point of view and great vision for the future of all!

Now get some gear and blaze a trail to the unknown conscious evolution and be you in all your glory of self and purpose!
