the goal

Myself, when Jerry left, I decided to start working at festivals with one goal in mind, to help build and create as many festivals as possible!

That was a solid working goal, as of 1996 /97 to 2014.also touring with the various other grateful dead bands, and their solo tours etc, until the end of 2004 ,i then stayed in festival work.

so the idea is that, as we ,American music nomads, traveled from north, south, east, and west, we would have community in music and rest in celebration while also, potentially having ways to make means to fund our journey through music and self-discovery.
I was raising my son at the same time, and I was building with him in mind as well!

The place where the music gave an umbrella of peace to all and love of all and respect of your own personal journey!

So you could be you , as we dance in celebration of all ! All who was traveling on the music for the vision of this new found love to be able to get from one end of the country to another where it’s safe to dance and also rest. ‘Safety dance ‘ a great song !
